BE Series Self-Aligning Roller Bearings

The BE series self-aligning roller bearings are reinforced self-aligning bearings designed for heavy-duty applications at medium to low speeds. Featuring a two-row spherical roller design with a spherical raceway on the outer ring, they automatically compensate for angular misalignment between the shaft and housing (permissible alignment angle: 1°–2.5°), making them suitable for misaligned installations and shaft deflection scenarios. At their core lies the BE internal reinforcement design combined with a floating inner ring, paired with a high-strength stamped steel or solid brass cage. The rolling elements and rings undergo special heat treatment, providing high load-carrying capacity, low friction, and long service life, capable of withstanding both high radial loads and bidirectional axial loads simultaneously. The XL long-life version further optimizes internal contact precision, significantly improving rated dynamic load capacity and service life, while offering higher limiting speeds and lower temperature rise. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -30°C to 200°C, these bearings are widely used in mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, papermaking machinery, vibrating screens, and general industrial transmission systems.
