CCJA Series Self-Aligning Roller Bearings

The CCJA series self-aligning roller bearings are heavy-duty, reinforced bearings designed for heavy loads, high vibration, and harsh operating conditions. Featuring a two-row spherical roller design with a spherical raceway on the outer ring, they offer excellent self-aligning capabilities, automatically compensating for angular misalignment between the shaft and housing as well as shaft deflection, making them ideal for misaligned applications. The core upgrade features a high-strength steel stamped cage with a titanium-infused or anti-corrosion coating, paired with salt-bath bainite-hardened rolling elements and rings. This design offers a compact structure, exceptional toughness, and outstanding resistance to vibration and impact. Capable of withstanding both heavy radial loads and bidirectional axial loads, it offers a service life more than three times that of standard self-aligning roller bearings. Suitable for environments with humidity, corrosion, and temperature fluctuations, it is widely used in demanding applications such as vibrating screens, mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, marine engineering, and chemical processing equipment.
